My name is Megan Reeves and I am the owner of The Goddard School of South Tampa. Additionally, I have owned and operated The Goddard School of Temple Terrace for the past seven years and my family has also owned two other locations in Denver, CO! My husband, Ree, and I are former USF athletes and are still very active in Tampa Bay athletics and various community organizations. We are proud to not only be one of the highest rated preschools in the area, but also the third largest Goddard school in the nation!

Hello! My name is Ashley Gomez and I am the Regional Director of our Goddard Schools in the Tampa area. I joined the Goddard family in August 2009 at the Temple Terrace location. After a little over a year, I began working as the Director until relocating with Megan to break ground on the South Tampa location in 2020. I am thrilled to be joining her, and with our years of experience running a Goddard School, you can feel secure in knowing your family will encounter the full Goddard experience. I have a B.S. in Family Social Science with minors in Family Violence Prevention and Sociology. I have an active Florida Staff Credential and Advanced Level Director Credential.I initially came to Florida for the warm weather but also gained a passion in Early Childhood Education! I enjoy spending my free time with my husband J.P. and our children, Maxwell and Loralina. You can find us enjoying sporting events, exploring Florida and many other travel destinations!

Hi! My name is Meghan Bouboulinis and I am so excited to be the Executive Director here at The Goddard School. I was born and raised in Chicago but have lived in Nashville, Austin, and am now very happy to call Tampa my home! I have been working with children for more than 15 years, most recently as the curriculum specialist at a private school in Texas. I have a B.A. in Human Development as well as an Infant/Toddler Specialty Certificate. In addition to working with children in a school setting, I am also a kid’s fitness instructor, coach cheerleading and children’s yoga/mindfulness. In college, I even received national recognition for a family fitness program that I had created. You can find me teaching adult fitness classes around town, too! In my free time, I love to travel, try new food, and spend time with my husband, my toddler, and my dog.

Hi there! I’m Jordyn and I’m so excited to be a part of the Goddard South Tampa Family! I have been working in Early Childhood Education and child care for over 3 years with prior experience as an Operations Director at a Goddard School in Atlanta. I received my degree from Auburn University (War Eagle) with a Bachelors in Art and Marketing. I love all things art, especially painting. I love to travel and get outside — whether I’m hiking, enjoying the beach or lake, swimming, or just walking my dog, Milo! I love to live life in a way that is fun, creative, and always a little bit silly. It is important to me to create a learning environment that is warm, inviting, and exciting. I’m excited and honored that I have been given the opportunity to work alongside wonderful teachers and guide our world’s future leaders through their earliest, most impactful years of life, and lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

My name is Sara Primeau and I am the Director of Outreach here at The Goddard School of South Tampa. I have been involved in early childhood since 1995. I came to Tampa in 1997 where I began teaching a three-year old program. I soon became the Enrichment Coordinator and Registrar. After 20 years, I became a behavior therapist for an autism clinic. I have currently been working as an administrator and staff support at a local private school. I am so excited to be part of The Goddard School and I look forward to being a part of your children's early childhood experience. I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Science with minors in Sociology and Spanish. I have my CDA as well as my director's credential. I enjoy spending time with my son, Luke who is a freshman at The University of Tampa. We love to travel especially up north to ski with my family.

Hi! My name is Hannah Ruddy, and I’m so excited to be joining the Goddard family! I was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey, and moved to Florida for college. I graduated from the University of South Florida in 2023 with a major in Child Psychology. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and helping them grow both academically and personally. My goal is to create a nurturing, engaging environment where every child feels supported, confident, and right at home. In my free time, I love spending days at the beach, working out, and going on walks with my dog. I’m so happy to be part of the Goddard family and can’t wait to make a positive impact every day!

Hello! I’m Aryanna, I was born and raised right here in Tampa Bay! Although Florida is home, I love to travel and I enjoy visiting my family in Puerto Rico. I’m so excited to be part of the Goddard family. I absolutely love being around children and seeing them grow and learn new things. I have a background in the medical field and working with children is something I have done since a little girl especially being the oldest sister. I do plan on going back to school and earning a degree in early childhood to be able to further my education and help shape our future!

Hello my name is Mariela i am originally from Honduras, I am excited for the opportunity to work with Goddard school and be of part of such a dedicated team. I bring a strong passion for early childhood education. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration which has provided me with a solid academic foundation in addition, I have experience working with children and supporting their development in a safe, nurturing and structured environment management. I enjoy guiding and supporting other teachers, ensuring that we work together to create a positive environment for children

Hi! My name is Lisandra. I am from Puerto Rico. I worked at the Goddard School of Jacksonville for five years before moving to St. Petersburg with my husband two years ago. I enjoy teaching and nurturing children. I am happy to be working here at the Goddard School as your Director of Quality Assurance!

Hello, I'm Miloydis, I was born and raised in Habana Cuba. I moved to Miami in 2021 and in 2023, I moved to Tampa with my family. I've been married for 28 years and have two wonderful boys and two grandchildren. Living in Cuba, I graduated in economics with a minor in pedagogia and worked in a bank for 13 years. When I moved to the states I started working as a cashier, but always wanted to work at a school and be able to teach children the basic things in life. I am so excited to be part of the Goddard school family, to keep growing and teaching children all the basic life lessons they need in order to succeed.

Hello, my name is Liza Medina, and I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. In 1989, I moved to Tampa and worked at the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office, where I met my husband of 30 years of marriage. I have two children, my son Luis recently graduated from the University of Tampa and played on NCAA National Baseball Championship team. My daughter Melissa is currently enrolled at HCC and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing. I attended Nova Southeastern University for my CDA in Early Childhood Studies. I have completed numerous hours of requirements with DCF, HCC, NAEYC and attended various workshops. My passion is teaching young children and to be a great positive influence in developing their social and cognitive skills. I have been teaching over 20 years at local learning centers in Hillsborough County. When I am not working, I enjoy going to the Rays, Bucs and Lighting games with my family.

Hello! My name is Trisha Nosworthy and I am originally from New Jersey, we moved to Florida in 1984. I am a mom of four, and my favorite thing to do is spend time with them. I have over ten years of childcare experience and have worked with most age groups. My last job was in a local center for three years, where I was an aide in two and Pre-K rooms. I am currently working on my CDA and am very close to finishing it. I am very excited to be able to be a part of your child’s preschool experience.

Hi, I'm Latoya, born and raised in Plant city, Fl, mother of three, two girls and one boy. I have always loved to work with children. I was blessed with more talents and have been able to work in multiple fields, from healthcare, customer service, CDL bus driver but I've been working with children for over 20 years. I have lived in Tampa, Atlanta and Lakeland. I'm a lover for arts (salvador dali are my favorite), all types of music, reading books, going to the theatre, watching movies and karaoke. Not a coffee drinker but love lemonade and orange juice. I'm grateful to become a part of the goddard family and being able to do what I love, teach children.

Hi, my name is Jasmine, and I was born November 15th in Tampa, FL. My family is from Honduras. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years. I have my CDA credential, and I love working with children. It has always been a passion learning and exploring new things about children. I enjoy seeing them grow and meeting so many children and seeing their smiling face every day. Seeing them smile is one of the main reasons I choose to work with children. I am also a mother of 3; Kaiden, Dakota and Jastin. I enjoy spending time with my children, being a great mother, traveling, shopping and taking them on family vacations. I enjoy life and I am excited to join the Goddard family.

Hello, My name is Ms. Dee and I’m so excited to be your teacher this year! I got my Bachelors from USF (Go Bulls!) and have been part of The Goddard School family since 2022. I spent the past year teaching K-12 art and VPK in Pasco County Schools, but I’m so happy to be back! I’m certified to teach Art K-12 and VPK- 3rd Grade. I also have my DCF 40 hours and recently applied for my staff credentials! As a teacher I like to focus on building confidence, kindness and independence in my students while also giving them the skills they need to be ready for Kindergarten! Outside of the classroom, I enjoy painting, going to the beach, roller skating and spending time with my three cats (Sunny, Luna, and Percy). I look forward to a wonderful year of learning and growth together!

Hi, my name is Mildred and I was born in San Francisco, California on October 25, 1964. I moved to Valrico, FL in 2016 where I continued to work with children. I have been in the industry for over 35 years. I started as a teacher-aide and fell in love watching the children develop, grow and how I make a difference in their life. I continue to grow professionally and I am currently working on my CDA. I am married to a sweet gentle man and a mother of 4 children. I like to garden, sing and be silly with my kiddos at school. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard family.

Hi! My name is Peri, and I’m so excited to be part of The Goddard School family. I moved to Tampa from Cleveland, Ohio in 2020 and currently live in South Tampa with my partner and our three beloved cats - Jinx, Laszlo and Remy! I hold a degree in Mass Communications, but my heart has always been in early childhood education. I’ve been working in this field for over seven years, and it’s truly my passion to help young children grow, learn, and thrive. Teaching has always come naturally to me, I love creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe and confident to explore the world around them. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive and inspiring school community here at Goddard.

Hi there! I’m Tatiana, I moved here from New York in 2021 and I love Tampa. I have one son and his name is Saint. I am the oldest of 6 children and teaching comes naturally to me. I love the children, they are our future and I am so excited to help mold our future doctors and presidents!

Hello, I’m Liliany, I was born and raised in Cuba came to the USA two years ago. when living in Cuba, i was working as an accountant. I also, worked in childcare where I found my passion. I love children with ages, 2-3 years and enjoy seeing them explore and learn all the things surrounding them. I am currently working on getting my CDA and eager to keep growing and learning here at Goddard School. In my spare time, I like to read, go to the beach, spend time with family and friends.

Hello! My name is Maggie and I have worked in childcare for a little over 2 years now. I started working at a YMCA before and after care program where I realized my love and passion for working in childcare. I went to college at Regent University in Virginia Beach and I am now back home finishing my degree in cybersecurity online. I also coach youth soccer in my off time. I love my family and pets especially my kitty named moo! I am excited to learn and grow with your children and with Goddard!

Hi, my name is Brianna, I am a mom to twins. For the last few years I was a stay at home mom. I have an Associates Degree in Multidisciplinary. My goal is to get my Bachelors in Early Education or juvenile justice. In my free time, I like to take my kids to the Citrus park mall where we have lunch and play.

My name is Brenda, I was born on the beautiful island of St. Croix, United States Virgin Island. I'm very loving, caring and very motivated. I have been in childcare for 18 years. I attended Hillsborough Community College. I successfully accomplished my CDA. I care for myself as I care for others.In my free-time I love to spend quality time with my beautiful family. I also have a master’s degree in Education with a concentration in School Counseling from Ana G. Hernandez University. In my spare time I like to listen to music, exercise, visit the beach, and I especially love to travel.

Hi, my name is Ms. Stephanie, I was born and raised in Panama. I’m married to a wonderful man and have a sone, and daughter. I have been working in childcare for over two years. Hi, my name is Deirdre. I am a Tampa Native and I love all things Tampa.  I am a loving , dedicated and hard working mom of a handsome son. I have been working with children for over 20 years and working in the early child care for 6 years. I have my CDA and my Directors credential. Some of my hobbies include, dancing, reading books and being creative. I am so excited to be a part of The Goddard Family and to be apart of shaping our future leaders. 

Hi my name is Destiny! I am the oldest of three siblings. My baby sister was born when i was already 15 years old, and that is when I knew I wanted to work with kids. After graduating from high school, I started working with infants and then began working with all age groups. I majored in Creative Writing and love all things creative; writing, clay, paint, anything! I love doing art projects and photography, including taking photos of my students for family momentos. I also love animals, but not birds! I enjoy any activity on or in the water. I’m so excited to be a part of the Goddard South Tampa Family!

Hello, My name Is Ebony. I absolutely love working with children! Within my 7-years of working in childcare I’ve gained experience with ages 1-3, but I adore the 2-3 age group. Hi, my name is Rebecca, and I have spent over 11 years working with children as both a dance instructor and preschool teacher. My love for teaching began when I started helping young dancers right out of high school, and it quickly grew into a passion for education. I hold an associate’s degree in Elementary Education and have earned multiple professional development certifications, with a special focus on trauma-informed care and supporting neurodivergent learners. I am currently continuing my studies to earn my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and my FL teaching license. I personally strive to create a gentle, child-first environment where students feel comfortable being themselves and are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. Most importantly, I always want every child who enters my classroom to feel seen, supported, and reminded that they matter. I am grateful to be part of the South Tampa Goddard team!

My interest in childcare began in high school where I took courses of early childhood education, child development and parenting skills. I came to Goddard originally as a traveling substitute, but fell in love with the school, it's goals and the wonderful kids I’ve been given the chance to work with. I'm incredibly lucky to spend my time in an environment as positive and growth oriented as this one. My name is Marbelis and I am from Cuba. I have lived in the United States for 22 years. I am a mother of two boys and have a grand baby, Valentino.I recently got married. I have a dog named, Fiona and I enjoy walking her. My hobbies are going to the beach and camping. My favorite food is seafood and my favorite fruit is mango. Hi! I’m Sophie Melton, I have been working with Goddard for two and a half years. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon but moved to Tampa in 2014 with my family and have loved it ever since! My parents are both music journalists so I’ve grown up with a passion for art and music, I strive to incorporate that aspect of my background into how I teach the kids. I’ve always had a passion for working with children, I absolutely adore them! Being able to teach kids is so fulfilling, one of my favorite aspects of it is when I can see them making the connection and learn something new. Moments like that are part of what makes the job so rewarding for me! I love the way children see the world. Their positivity, happiness, and silly personalities make every day brighter for me. I may be the one teaching them, but I learn something new every day from my students that helps me grow.

My name is Kisha and I am 43 years old. I was born in Rochester, NY, I moved to Florida when I was 31. I have 2 kids and a granddaughter, who I spend most of my time with. My passion is working with kids. I have been taking care of kids since I was 10, my oldest niece! I enjoy movies, parks and being with my family. Hello, I’m Ms. Denilsa! I'm Dominican and have lived in the United States for over 10 years. I started working with children in 2015, and I love it. My greatest inspiration is my son and family, and I try to spend as much time with them as possible. I enjoy traveling and reading. Helping others gives me great satisfaction. Disney World is my favorite place! I have my Accredited Director Credential in VPK, my CDA, and I'm a Behavior Therapy Technician.

Hi, I’m Maribel! As a teacher, I believe that every child is a unique individual who needs a caring and safe environment in which they can grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as an educator to help students reach their full potential in these areas by providing a safe environment, supporting risk-taking, and encouraging thoughtful reflection. I am Ilisnaydis Alvarez and I am originally from Cuba. I have been working with children for more than 5 years. I have a Bachelor of Education with more than 10 years of experience. The best part of my day is art class and rhythm and music notes. I love being unique in my own way. I have a beautiful family, a wonderful husband, my beautiful twins, our dog (Max), and our playful rabbit (Pinto). I also love teaching Spanish and am very excited to help my students develop new skills as they learn and grow through it all year.

My name is Mrs. Ersidia but everyone calls me Elsy. I have a special and lovely family which includes my husband and two sons. I am originally from Cuba, where I worked as a teacher for over 5 years in a childcare school. In 2017, I arrived at the US. After taking 45 hours of DCF training and credentialing, I started working at another Early Childhood Education center and worked there for 4 years before joining The Goddard School. Children are my passion, and nothing makes me happier than being surrounded by them. I am so excited to be a part of such an amazing team and so grateful to be able to work with your children.

Hello, my name is Leyda and I'm from Cuba. In Cuba I was an accountant in a health office. I came to the United States in 2009. In 2016, I started my teaching career in childcare. I love teaching and watching the children learn and I enjoy what I do. I am happy to be a part of the Goddard family.

Hello, my name is Beatris. I was born and raised in Cuba. I moved to the United States 19 years ago. My profession in Cuba was a preschool teacher but I have worked with all ages and with families from all over the world. In my spare time, I like to read books. Teaching and educating children is the most important part of my job and duty, and I’m so excited to be a part of the goddard school family.

Hi! I’m Yurisel, I was born and raised in Cuba. When I was in high school, I was responsible and organized with my school workload. At the end of high school, I entered the university of Pedagogical Science, in Rafael Maria de Mendive in CUba. I graduated in 2006, in Education and worked as a teacher for more than 12 years. I like to dance, sing and above all, work with children whom I learn new experiences from every day. I am very excited to be able to teach the children the knowledge they need in order to keep growing. I’m hoping to be able to learn, enrich my knowledge and goals more and more everyday here at Goddard.

Hi! My name is Logan Monteleone. I’m originally from Buffalo, New York, and I’m currently a senior at the University of Tampa majoring in Psychology. My goal is to become a Child Life Specialist, as I have always worked with children and it has become one of my biggest passions. Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m a senior at the University of Tampa studying Graphic Design BFA. In my free time you can find me sewing, thrifting, walking on the River Walk, or hanging out with friends. I enjoy working in child care because I love helping children learn and grow, but also for the little moments like when a child is telling you something that’s important to them, you allow them to be seen and heard and it puts a smile on their face knowing that you care what they have to say.

Hi! My name is Jasmine Lightbourne. I am 22 years old and was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I have worked with children in a variety of settings for nearly 10 years and am passionate about helping every child feel loved, seen, heard, and cared for. I earned my Associate of Arts degree, completed various childcare certifications, and am CPR, AED, and Infant CPR certified. I also graduated with a Master Certificate in Dance through the National Dance Arts Society and taught Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and other dance styles at Julestarz Academy for the Performing Arts. I later spent two years in Tennessee attending Redemption School of Ministry, where I received a Certificate in Kingdom Leadership. This is my second year at The Goddard School, and I love creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. Under my belt, I hold a CDA, VPK credentials, my VPK Director’s Credentials, along with many other certifications! My main focus as a teacher is to prepare the children for the next stage in life. I teach with passion and resilience, allowing the children to be in a safe place and to know that we can have fun and learn at the same time! Hi, my name is Glenda. I was born and raised in Cuba and moved to the USA when I was 10 years old. My family always says I have a special way with kids because, even as a child, I’ve always gotten along with the little ones. I've been babysitting for different families since I was 12 years old, and I truly love spending time with children and teaching them new things. I recently earned my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) diploma, and my dream is to become a labor and delivery nurse. I’m passionate about working with babies and helping new mothers, as I understand how important family is.

Hello my name is Gladys, I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. I have lived in the United States since 1992. I love to exercise and play sports. I love to work with children, I love seeing them grow and apply what they have learned.

Hi I’m Tara, I am originally from California, but moved here for school. I currently attend University of Tampa with a major psychology with the hopes to continue my degree in pediatric speech pathology. I’ve been working w kiddos since i was 13, I taught dance, gymnastics, nannied, and babysat. I love Goddard and being able to spend time with your little ones- they make my day just as much as I hope I make theres. On my free time you can find me line dancing, at the beach or on a hammock by the river.

Hi! My name is Bri! I am originally from New Jersey. I have been living in Florida for the past three years while attending school at the University of Tampa. I started working with children when I was 16 years old. My first experience was hosting birthday parties at play parks for children! Since then, I have spent the past five years working at childcare centers! I have just returned from a semester abroad in Italy and am excited to be back with the Goddard team! Working with children is not only rewarding to me but I enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s playing around outside, doing arts and crafts, or watching a movie!

Hi, I’m Lisandra! I’m so excited to be part of the team here at The Goddard School of South Tampa. I’m originally from Havana, Cuba, and I’ve been living in the U.S. for about three years now. Working with young children truly fills my heart. There’s something so special about being part of their earliest experiences, like watching them smile for the first time, take their first steps, or discover something new. I feel so happy and fulfilled being in this environment, where I get to make a difference in a child’s day just by being present, nurturing, and kind. I have one brother and a nephew who I absolutely adore, they’re a big part of my heart. In my free time, I love to sing, spend time with friends, and enjoy life to the fullest. I found my interest in childcare while volunteering at an at home daycare. A little more about me, I am puerto rican and cuban, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I have a loving husband Zachary, a son Brayden 3, a stepson Mason 7, a baby girl Magnolia 10 months, and a very energetic goofy boxer Butch who’s 2. I have always wanted a big family and dreamt of being a teacher ever since I was little. So, I am very happy to be a part of the Goddard family, and to watch all our students grow and prosper into the young adults they’re meant to be.

I find great joy in spending time with the kids, supporting their learning, and creating a fun and engaging environment. Outside of work, I have a passion for cars!

Hi! My name is Maria, and I'm so excited to be a part of the Goddard family! I was born and raised in Venezuela and then moved to Orlando, Florida, when I was 10. I now attend the University of Tampa, where I am getting my Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in sociology, and my goal is to go to law school afterwards. I have been working in childcare for about 4 years now. I am extremely passionate about working with kids and earned my CDA at just 18 years old! In the past, I've worked as a pre-K teacher, assistant teacher, and tutor. My younger sister made such a big impact on me and gave me this love I have for teaching and caring for children. In my free time, I like to do yoga, go to the beach, paint, and read. I'm so excited to be here and keep caring for kiddos while learning more and more each day! 

Hi! My name is Elia Rojas Morales. I am 20 years old, a proud mom to a beautiful baby girl, and originally from Key West, Florida, although I moved to the Tampa area when I was younger. I am excited to begin my journey at Goddard Early Learning School and start my career in early childhood education. I love working with children because their energy, curiosity, and joy make every day special. I enjoy helping them learn and grow while creating a fun, safe, and caring environment where they can thrive. I look forward to getting to know all of the children and families and being a positive part of their learning experience!

My name is Yurisleydis Pérez Florat, and I am very excited to be joining the Goddard family. I was born and raised in Cuba, where I developed a passion for caring for and helping others. For several years, I worked providing care and support to patients, an experience that taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and compassion. I have always enjoyed working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel safe in a nurturing and positive environment. In my free time, I love spending time with my daughter, enjoying family activities, learning new things, and being outdoors. I came from a family of 7 and I’m the middle child, so childcare comes easy to me. I started working at Goddard because I love the staff and students.
